About the event
Oppressive systems feed off of us being distracted, exhausted, and disconnected. This yoga class offers intentional space to practice slowing down, processing, resting, and dreaming as acts of liberation. Space is especially held for activists, healers, caretakers, artists, and revolutionaries, though all are welcome. Practices will include asana for releasing stress and tension, mantra & pranayama for grounding and protection, and yoga nidra for entering deeper relaxation and dream states. Together let's reclaim our energy and vision for building a more free and just world.
